The Third Annual Brazilian Business Fair

The III Brazilian Business Fair is built in the great success of previous events and will take place on August 20, 2011. Brazil is Florida’s largest commercial partner, and this is the only Brazilian trade show in Florida. It is an initiative of the Brazilian Ministry of First Orlando in partnership with the Central Florida Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce. The Business Fair’s objective is to promote companies and brands among the Brazilian, American and Hispanic market, generating business opportunities for both companies and individuals. This year’s Fair is expected to build upon the success of the II Brazilian Business Fair, which hosted a variety of well known-companies including: Bank of America, Regions Bank, Costco, Western Union, Tam Airlines, Fastway, Safe, Ezway, MetroPCS, Valencia College and HCCMO - Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando. The event was advertised by GLOBO TV, the largest Brazilian TV network, and was covered twice onsite by Fox News, plus all the Brazilian Media in Florida, B&B, Nossa Gente, Gazeta and Linha Aberta also covered the event. In 2010, eight-eight companies participated in the Fair, with approximately 4,000 people in attendance throughout the day.

Features for this year’s Fair include:

· Approximately 40,000 square feet of air-conditioned that includes the area designated for the Brazilian Consulate and the Dia do Apoio ao Brasileiro. The Fair will host 110 exhibitors in a comfortable structure . Connectors: A team of people that are fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, duly trained to give support to exhibitors to create business and optimize opportunities cross-culturally. . Lounge Area: where exhibitors and visitors will be able to rest, do business or have a private conversation, which will an area designated for the Central Florida Brazilian-American Chamber of Commerce. · Four jumbo screens installed in the expo area in order to advertise your business logo. · An official guide of the Fair, listing all the exhibitors, with interviews, articles and all information about this great event, with projected 5,000 copies.

Integration and Fellowship

· A reception to launch the Fair will be held in Café Mineiro Restaurant, on June 16th at 6PM. · On August 19th, the gala dinner for the exhibitors will have the mayor of Orlando, Mr. Buddy Dyer as a key note speaker. He will address business opportunities and incentives in Central Florida. The support from City Hall and Mayor Buddy Dyer for the Brazilian Business Fair will make this event a landmark for business opportunities for the Brazilian community and for those trying to do business with Brazil The gala dinner will be followed by the Chamber leading a business-to-business table talk.

Other Items of Note

· The presence of the itinerant Brazilian Consulate with the Dia do Apoio ao Brasileiro at the Fair, coordinated by the New Hope Presbyterian Church, will serve the Brazilian community during the event with all their legal and diplomatic needs. · Participation of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, representing 500 thousand Hispanics in Central Florida. · Intense advertising of the event will be done among the members of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, a 16,000 member church, and also through the Brazilian, American and Hispanic Media. The Fair will all be advertised in Brazil through the Travel Way magazine and TV show and the Alphavile TV. · Premium and Mater sponsors’ logos will be in all printed promotional materials for the Fair which will include periodicals, magazines, posters, flyers, invitations, and up to an entire page in the Guide. . A cutting edge and interactive website will give easy access to all information about the Fair
